Definitely skip the grocery shopping. My method under such circumstances is to use the grocery store located directly across the street from the grocery store so popular it’s practically a cult. They have nothing, but there’s never a line.
The only thing across from that grocery store is a CVS which has some food but ridiculously expensive. There is a small grocery store I’ve been meaning to try that might work. Otherwise, I’ll just wait until tomorrow.

If you have Wegmans, then finding a Wegmans-adjacent store is magic. If you don’t have Wegmans, the method is flawed beyond usefulness.
