I need help picking a one thing
Our new director has a thing where everyone picks one thing they want. Examples being I’m allowed to take off when my kid has a game or I get to take off to spend time with my family or I want to work from home 1 day a week.

If possible, I recommend 3 accounts — one per person, and a third for high priority expenses that are always the same (ie rent or mortgage, maybe car payment or insurances, not ALL expenses, that leads back to errors.) Or, just split everything.
